You don’t need to have all the answers - but you do need someone who’ll ask the right questions.
That’s where I come in: to help you think clearly, lead boldly, and grow your business with intention.
My Journey to the Boardroom
I’ve built and exited my own venture-backed business, so I know what it takes to scale under pressure. I’ve pitched to investors, led teams, and made the tough calls. I carry those lived experiences into every boardroom I step into today.
Over the years, I’ve advised hundreds of female founders, supporting them through growth, funding, and leadership challenges. I’ve also worked with investors and ecosystem partners to help shape a better, more inclusive environment for women-led businesses.
Now, I Chair boards, advise scaling founders, and bring a calm, strategic perspective to the moments that matter most.
Why This Work Matters
Too many founders - especially women - are under-supported at the top. They’re navigating big decisions, investor dynamics, and team challenges without the strategic partnership they deserve.
I believe growth can be intentional, leadership can be shared, and boards should lift founders up, not wear them down. I bring clarity, structure and strength to that journey, and stay with you through every stage of scale.
This work matters because when women are well supported, they lead brilliantly - and businesses thrive.

"As a busy founder, I appreciated the time and space to build a strategy for my board. Julia helped me see what was missing, formalise what I had, and bring clarity to the process.”
