Roseanna Croft, Founder Success Coach

A seasoned entrepreneur and qualified coach with a special interest in supporting female founders, Roseanna brings a wealth of experience to guide our clients to great heights and support our thriving Fundraising Academy community. 

During her own entrepreneurial journey as a jewellery designer building her fine jewellery business Roseanna Croft Jewellery into a successful company servicing clients all over the world, Roseanna's been through the experience of participating in business accelerator programmes, preparing to raise investment and taking part in pitching competitions. She moved into coaching as a new passion when she learned how she could help women step into their power and reach their true potential. 

Roseanna lives by the sea with her cat, Russell and loves adventures such as hiking and travelling. She hosts a spiritual and personal development podcast, The Mandala Effect, and is currently working on her first book.

Giada Cammarata, Executive Assistant

Giada’s role encompasses providing comprehensive support to Julia and, by extension, Enter The Arena, acting as the friendly point of contact for client enquiries. She has obtained a BA in Marketing and Economics and has worked as an Executive Assistant for a range of companies, both small and large.

Giada is fascinated with people and gets immense satisfaction from streamlining business processes and communication. She is a lover of being well organised. She currently lives in Lisbon and enjoys spending time in the sun. As a very active person, Giada is passionate about surfing, climbing and jogging.

Rebecca Bourke, Chief Copywriter

Rebecca is an experienced digital marketer and copywriter with a BA in Journalism. She manages Enter The Arena’s marketing and social media presence, as well as supporting the Fundraising Stories with Female Founders podcast. Rebecca has honed her marketing and writing skills by working with established companies and start-ups in multiple industries including financial services, technology and more. She is passionate about tackling complex concepts and turning them into easily digestible and engaging content.

Rebecca has two sphynx cats who cause a lot of mischief and live with her in Hertfordshire, where she loves going for daily walks through the woods and spending time perusing local coffee shops.

Zarina Holmes, Designer

Zarina is a designer with a BA in Graphic Design and MA in Design. She’s currently co-founder and creative director of GLUE Studio, an award-winning design consultancy based in London. She supports clients from tech and e-commerce sectors, as well as government-appointed agencies. Zarina is also a photographer and creative educator, focussing on lifestyle and sustainability subjects. She conducts workshops and talks in the UK and Malaysia

Zarina is passionate about upskilling small businesses and improving accessibility for female and independent entrepreneurs. In 2018, GLUE Studio won The Best Creative / Media Startups at LBHF Brilliant for Business Awards.
In her spare time, Zarina enjoys gardening and kendo practice.

Niky Lester, Videographer

Niky is a Freelance Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer with a BA in Film and Media Studies, and an MA in Fiction Film Production. She edits the videos and podcasts for Enter the Arena, as well as the online course material.

She is a film and tv enthusiast so loves a good Netflix binge when she’s feeling lazy, but also loves martial arts and has trained in various types for the last 15 years. She currently lives in Berkshire and has a 19 year old cat that will probably outlive her…

Rachael Leary, Finance

Rachael is a qualified chartered accountant with a Big 4 practice training background. She's been working as a self employed Portfolio Director for the last 12 years, working directly with small and start-up businesses. She has experience across a vast range of industries and works directly with business owners to support them in their financial set-up and ongoing accounting needs, from simple accounting through to management information and financial models.

Hoping to always speak to people in 'non-accountant' language a household of 3 kids, a cat and a puppy help her out. Expect some zoom calls with a variety of background activity!

Dylis Greenwood, Leadership Development

Dilys has over 26 years experience in personal and professional development, executive/leadership development, career management and business consultancy. She works with all levels within organisations from graduate intake to board level, at all stages of an organisations's lifecycle, from start up onwards. Her style is challenging, professional and fun wth a focus on achieving increased self awareness and from this comes high performance and increased business results.  

She has worked across a variety of industries including IT, financial and professional services, retail, media and pharmaceutical. She has consulted, designed and delivered leadership development programs globally.

A BSc in Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Change Agent Skills and Strategies, Master NLP Practitioner, she has a passion for understanding people and helping them understand themselves. Her other passion is veganism. She has an lamost toothless onesie wearing Chinese Created who loves sniffing about Hampstead Heath as long as it isn't cold or wet.
