Your Leadership Retreat includes two nights away in the stunning Northamptonshire countryside, features a unique leadership masterclass with horses, luxury accommodation, delicious food, and great company.

Your time with us
Your Leadership Retreat runs from 4pm on Wednesday 20th September to 2pm on Friday 22nd September.
Day 1 – Arrival from 4pm to check into your room and unwind, before a private three course dinner with the group.
Day 2 – Following breakfast, we head to the farm for full day ‘Practice In Presence’ equine masterclass. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day, including lunch. We’ll return to our hotel for another wonderful networking dinner.
Day 3 – Breakfast, followed by time for yourself or with others; you may wish to take a yoga class, book a massage, enjoy an open water swimming experience, or join us for a guided mediation woodland walk. We’ll close our time together with a light lunch at the hotel.
Your Leadership Retreat host
Your leadership retreat will be hosted by Julia Elliott Brown, the Founder and CEO of Enter The Arena.
Julia is a highly respected entrepreneurial advisor working exclusively with female founders, with a wealth of experience in inspiring, coaching and supporting high-growth potential businesses.

Masterclass: A Practice in Presence
This incredible full day experience with horses on day 2 of the retreat will enable you to deepen your presence, heighten your sensory awareness, develop your felt sense, enhance your capacity to empathise, and support you in creating and maintain deep and meaningful relationships
Horses are masters at teaching us how to connect and engage authentically. They live in the moment, and unlike us, don’t spend time worrying about the past or planning the future. They’re able to give us immediate and real time feedback about the quality of our connection with us. Watching and learning how the horses notice the nuances of non-verbal communication can teach us valuable lessons in the art of interpersonal excellence.
This experience will provide you with the opportunity to practice various personal leadership techniques both with the horses and your female founder peers and will be an experience that stays with you forever.
Our beautiful countryside location
During our time together, you’ll get the chance to rest, relax and restore with two nights in a peaceful private cottage bedroom with ensuite bathroom at the Falcon hotel, a lovingly restored country hotel set in the heart of the 10,500-acre Castle Ashby estate in rural Northamptonshire.
We’ll enjoy a fabulous three course private dinner each evening, a hearty breakfast to start the day, plus light and healthy lunches with all dietary requirements catered for. Plus you'll have use of all the incredible facilities to ensure your time away gives you everything you need.
The hotel is a 2-3hr drive from London depending on your start point. Trains to Northampton run regularly and take about an hour; the hotel is a 30 minute taxi ride away.
